(Woodburn, OR)  --  Two people are dead, following a head-on collision near Woodburn.  Police say 45-year-old Leora Casey of Sherwood and 19-year-old Kyle Sanders of Gresham were killed near the intersection of French Prairie Road and Lebrun Road around seven a.m. yesterday.  Investigators say Casey was trying to pass another vehicle when she crashed into Sanders's car
