(Cornelius, OR)  --  A woman is facing multiple charges after being accused of crashing a car into Cornelius City Hall.  Police say 21-year-old Jennifer Martinez-Juarez was intoxicated when she drove across the lawn of City Hall early Saturday morning and slammed into the building.  Authorities say the suspect then drove on, but was stopped by police several blocks down the road.  Officials say Martinez-Juarez had been a primary aggressor in a domestic harassment incident against her boyfriend before leaving a local bar.
