(Gresham, OR)  --  A Gresham man is in police custody, after he was accused of sexually molesting a young girl at his mother's daycare facility.  Police say physicians at Legacy Emanuel Medical Center examined the three-year-old girl on October 23rd and determined she had been sexually abused.  Twenty-one-year-old Damon Hoyer is facing a number of charges, including first-degree criminal mistreatment.  Investigators say Hoyer has been linked to the crime through DNA.
