(Portland, OR)  --  Portland police say a man shot and killed himself after he earlier killed his ex-wife.  Authorities say 46-year-old Nicolette Naomi Elias was found dead yesterday morning at a home on Southwest Brugger Street after officers responded to reports of shots being fired.  Police say 47-year-old Ian Martin Elias was later found at his home on Northeast 25th Avenue.  Officials say the man left his ex-wife's home with his two young daughters, but both girls were found safe with their stepmother.
