(Portland, OR)  --  Portland General Electric reports hundreds remain without electricity because of high winds that downed trees and power lines.  The outages are affecting customers in Multnomah, Clackamas, and Multnomah counties.  Clark Public Utilities crews are also working to restore power throughout the Vancouver area.
