(Portland, OR)  --  A man accused of stealing packages from porches in Northwest Portland is facing charges.  Police say 39-year-old Aaron James Barnett is suspected of stealing the packages as he walked around the area earlier this month.  Authorities are encouraging people who shop online to consider different options for delivery of their goods, including having them brought to a workplace or other secure location.  Police say a spike in the number of package thefts is often seen at this time of year.
