(Olympia, WA)  --  Washington State Attorney General Bob Ferguson says he's informed the federal government that he plans to sue them over safety violations at the Hanford Nuclear Reservation.  Ferguson's intentions are being made known following reports released in October, which say the U.S. Department of Energy isn't properly equipped to make sure workers aren't becoming ill from harmful vapors.  Hanford is considered the nation's most polluted nuclear site.  The state of Washington is currently trying to develop a legally enforceable plan to protect workers from the vapors.
