(Portland, OR)  --  A man accused of killing his estranged wife will avoid trial after agreeing to a plea deal.  Multnomah County prosecutors say Joshua Cavett will plead guilty to shooting 27-year-old Jessie Cavett to death in October 2013.  Joshua Cavett will spend life in prison, but it's not certain yet whether the possibility of parole will be included.  The court hearing is scheduled for Monday.
