Measure 92 Likely To Be Recounted

(Salem, OR)  --  Oregon's GMO-labeling measure is likely headed for a recount.  Measure 92, which would require labeling for foods with genetically-modified ingredients, has such a small gap between "yes" and "no" votes that a recount may be needed.  The latest vote tally shows the measure failing by just under 15-hundred votes, which is within the three-thousand-vote threshold that triggers an automatic recount.  The deadline to finish counting votes for the November 4th election is Monday at five p.m.
