(Portland, OR)  --  Gasoline prices ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday are slightly lower.  Triple-A reports the Portland-area average for a gallon of regular is just over three-01, which is two cents below the average of a week ago.  The national average for regular is two-81 a gallon.
