(Portland, OR)  --  A Portland teenager is headed to prison after he pleaded guilty to charges of sexual assault.  Eighteen-year-old Justin Dejohn Hubbard has been sentenced to 28 years for trying to rape a Northeast Portland woman and for sexually assaulting a 16-year-old who was walking to school.  Hubbard entered the guilty plea Monday to multiple counts.
