(Vancouver, WA)  --  Police say a man who was shot to death by officers outside a Vancouver apartment complex was holding a gun that turned out to be an airsoft AR-15 replica.  Police were dispatched Tuesday night to the Alder Creek Apartments at Northeast 49th Street and 118th Court, after a report of an argument, a fire at one of the units, and a man with a gun.  Authorities say officers confronted the man in the parking lot, and shot him to death when he pointed the gun at a woman nearby.  The fire, which is believed to have been set by the man, led to several units being damaged.
