(Albany, OR)  --  Oregon State Police are still investigating a crash on Highway 20 near Albany where two people died.  They say 45-year-old Elizabeth Maye either stopped or was stopping to try to turn across traffic when she was rear-ended Friday night.  Her vehicle was then struck head-on by a Honda Odyssey.  Elizabeth Maye and her passenger Amanda Maye-Strawn died at the scene.
