(Salem, OR)  --  A North Salem high school teacher is accused of sending lewd text messages to a minor.  Twenty-five-year-old Ivan Hallstead was arrested Friday for allegedly texting the child and trying to lure them for sex.  He's a part-time percussion instructor in the Salem Keizer School District and also teaches private lessons at Guitar World in Keizer.  An investigation is ongoing.
