(Boring, OR)  --  A man suspected of murdering a Clackamas County weighmaster is in custody in Los Angeles.  Authorities say Dirck Morgan White was critically wounded Sunday night when Los Angeles police returned fire after he shot at them.  White is accused of shooting Grady Waxenfelter to death along Highway 224 in Boring on February 6th and then fleeing the scene.  He's currently under police guard while being treated.
