(Olympia, WA)  --  State officials say about six-thousand Washingtonians who renewed their health coverage through the state's Healthplanfinder website have been told that their plans for next year have been cancelled.  Health Benefit Exchange CEO Richard Onizuka told KING-5 that it's possible that the system integrator, Deloitte, ran an automated enrollment cancellation process in error.  Onizuka says the state is working now to get those accounts back on line.
