(Portland, OR)  --  The family of a two-year-old is suing Washington Square Mall in Tigard after the child's fingers were severed in an escalator.  The lawsuit is seeking one-point-two-million dollars in damages.  The suit claims the mall's owner and the company servicing the escalator failed to properly maintain and operate it.  The toddler was injured during the incident on August 20th.
