(Portland, OR)  --  A charity is making sure the pets of local homeless people stay warm this winter.  The Portland Animal Welfare Team, or PAWTeam, has organized a drive to collect coats for dogs.  People can donate new or used coats for dogs of all sizes.  Veterinarians are also donating their time and services as part of the event.
