(Portland, OR)  --  Two men are facing robbery charges after allegedly stealing a man's phone but returning his empty wallet.  Police said the victim was walking home from a transit center when the suspects told him to hand over his wallet.  After see it was empty, the suspects allegedly gave it back and one pointed a gun at the victim, demanding his phone.  The suspects have pleaded not guilty to second-degree robbery charges.
