(Vancouver, WA)  --  Portland commuters headed into Vancouver on Interstate 205 are hoping for better luck today after a crash shut the highway down for hours yesterday morning.  A Good Samaritan was seriously injured while helping another victim of a hit-and-run just north of the Glenn L. Jackson Memorial Bridge.  The resulting mess tied up traffic for nearly five hours.  The initial hit-and-run also sparked an hours-long search for a white Ford pickup truck.
