(Portland, OR)  --  Authorities are blaming a hash oil explosion for burning a man in Southeast Portland yesterday morning.  The man was hospitalized after the explosion caused some structure damage to his apartment on Southeast Powell Boulevard.  Firefighters checked the building to make sure it was safe for other tenants.
