(McMinnville, OR)  --  Yamhill County's District Attorney's Office is ruling last month's deadly stabbing of a Linfield College student at a 7-Eleven a random attack.  Authorities have also cleared officers in the deadly shooting of the assailant minutes after the attack.  Parker Moore was stabbed in the November 15th attack.  Officers then shot and killed Joventino Bermudez-Arenas.
