(Portland, OR)  --  The Yes on Measure 92 campaign isn't giving up hope on changing the outcome of last month's election.  Backers filed a lawsuit yesterday, claiming 46-hundred ballots of disenfranchised voters were not counted.  That's crucial since the measure requiring labeling of genetically altered foods failed by only 812 votes.  The narrow margin has already triggered a recount.
