Oregon To Use Kentucky's System For Health Exchange

(Portland, OR)  --  Goodbye, Oracle America. Hello, Kentucky.  The State of Oregon is getting rid of its Medicaid enrollment program in favor of a successful system built by Kentucky.  State officials told lawmakers about the change yesterday after the state wasted 240-million-dollars in federal funds to obtain and build the Oracle system.  Kentucky has been running one of the nation's most successful state exchanges.
