(Columbia County, OR)  --  Two Columbia County cattle operators will pay more than 100-thousand dollars in fines for neglect.  The men were sentenced Thursday to five years probation for the neglect of 170 cattle that were found severely malnourished and mistreated.  The men have also been banned from owning livestock.
