Planners Push Back Study On New Transit Line

(Portland, OR)  --  Plans are being pushed back for a new transit line from Portland to Tualatin.  A committee voted Monday to push back the plans by a year-and-a-half to allow for further study.  The decision comes after voters passed initiatives banning such projects without a public vote.  The committee's next meeting is set for February.
