(Seattle, WA)  --  A Seattle woman can't believe that the officer who punched her while she was handcuffed won't be facing charges.  The woman told King 5 News that she thinks the officer should be fired for breaking her eye socket and causing a concussion.  Police investigated and found that the officer violated policy, but the prosecutor's office declined to file charges.  Police say the woman was drunk and kicked the officer while he was arresting her.
