(Portland, OR)  --  A recent lawsuit claims Portland's street fee plan wouldn't properly tax some businesses.  The lawsuit was filed Tuesday by a neighborhood group hoping to obtain city records. The group says the records would show that the proposal wouldn't adequately tax transportation companies in the state.  The lawsuit claims almost 100-million dollars in taxes over six years are at stake.
