Proposal Would Limit Street Fees For Small Businesses

(Portland, OR)  --  A Portland proposal would limit or eliminate new street fees paid by small businesses.  The city council will review on Wednesday the latest iteration of the Portland Street Fund.  Recent changes to the proposal would allow businesses with revenues under 50-thousand dollars to pay only 36-dollars per year.  The changes would reduce annual revenue for transportation projects by about two-million dollars.'
