(Newport, OR)  --  Prosecutors are accusing the woman who threw her son off the Yaquina Bay Bridge last month of planning the murder.  Jillian McCabe searched Google for the terms "guilty but insane" and "not guilty by reason of insanity" just prior to killing her six-year-old son, London, when she dropped him off the bridge.  A mental health evaluation for McCabe is set for later this month.
