(Portland, OR) -- It looks like the last-ditch effort to reverse Measure 92 has failed. A Multnomah County judge has denied a request for a temporary restraining order on the state's recount from last month's election. The measure that would have required the labeling of genetically modified foods failed by a little more than 800 votes. Supporters of the measure had filed a lawsuit on Monday to fight for 46-hundred ballots to be counted that they say were unfairly rejected from the November 4th election.
