(Portland, OR) -- Portland police say a protester was at fault when he was injured by a passing driver while blocking the roadway during a demonstration Saturday afternoon. Authorities say 19-year-old Julian Rist and about 30 other people were blocking traffic in the area of West Burnside and 10th Avenue Saturday afternoon, when Rist was hit and slightly injured by a passing vehicle.
