(Vancouver, WA)  --  A man is facing charges for trying to evade Vancouver police following a traffic stop.  Authorities say the man, who was driving a stolen car, fled after an officer tried to pull him over along Northeast 72nd Avenue around 10:05 yesterday morning.  Police say the driver struck a turning vehicle and crashed into two unoccupied, parked cars.  Officials say 20-year-old Joshua Roland fled on foot to a nearby apartment complex, but was tracked down and arrested at a nearby apartment complex. >>Gasoline Prices Slide
