(Longview, WA)  --  A man accused of being a "serial peeper" is slated to spend three-and-a-half years behind bars.  Twenty-eight-year-old Dosson Robert McGee pleaded guilty in October to two counts of voyeurism, and received his sentence yesterday.  Prosecutors say McGee watched a teenaged girl through her bedroom window.  McGee was previously convicted of voyeurism in 2008 and of a sexual act involving a sleeping girl in 2007. >>Inslee Proposing "Carbon Pollution Charge"
