Portland police officers mourn for New York officers that were killed

(Portland, OR)  --  Portland police officers are joining the national mourning for three officers who were killed on duty over the weekend.  Acting Police Chief Donna Henderson says officers can voluntarily wear a black band to remember the two New York officers who were shot to death on Saturday and a Florida officer who was shot and killed Sunday.  A spokesman for Portland police says those officers who were killed, quote, "paid the ultimate price.
