(Portland, OR)  --  A naked man who allegedly grabbed a Taser from a Portland police officer in a park is facing charges of assaulting an officer, indecent exposure and theft.  Lunarness Mendoza was arrested yesterday after the bizarre scene just after noon near Northeast 13th Avenue and Multnomah Street.  Mendoza was found in Holladay Park, where the officer who found him described him to dispatchers as, quote, "pretty darn nude.
