(Portland, OR)  --  Police say a brother and sister from Northeast Portland who had been reported missing are now safe at home.  Authorities say 12-year-old Alexander Westenberg and his ten-year-old sister, Daria, snuck out of their home yesterday around one p.m.  Family members told police the children were not likely dressed for cold weather.  The kids were found safe late yesterday in the area of Southeast 68th Avenue and Division Street.>>High Winds Cause Damage In Tigard
