(Portland, OR) -- Police say a brother and sister from Northeast Portland who had been reported missing are now safe at home. Authorities say 12-year-old Alexander Westenberg and his ten-year-old sister, Daria, snuck out of their home yesterday around one p.m. Family members told police the children were not likely dressed for cold weather.
