(Portland, OR)  --  Portland police are investigating the death of a man whose body was found along a highway on-ramp.  Officials say the body was discovered around ten o'clock Saturday night on the I-405 on-ramp from South Broadway.  The on-ramp was closed for several hours as police investigated at the scene.  The man's name hasn't been released.
