(Hillsboro, OR)  --  One-way streets in downtown Hillsboro will soon become two-way.  The Hillsboro City Council has voted to opt for two-way travel, with officials saying it will encourage more shoppers onto downtown streets.  Hillsboro Mayor Jerry Willey broke a three-to-three tie to approve the measure.  Not everyone is on board with the change, as a lawsuit to block the action is pending.
