(Portland, OR)  --  Portland police say the death of a man whose body was found along I-405 doesn't appear to be the result of foul play.  The man has been identified as 54-year-old Timothy Scott Stoutt, who was a transient.  The Oregon State Medical Examiner is awaiting toxicology test results.  Stoutt's body was found Saturday night along the I-405 southbound on-ramp from Southwest Broadway.
