(Vancouver, WA)  --  Vancouver police are investigating a man's death.  "The Oregonian" reports police were dispatched around six o'clock last night to the 24-hundred block of Rossiter Lane after a death involving a vehicle was reported.  The man was found dead at the scene.  His name hasn't been made public.
