(Portland, OR)  --  A power outage in the Steel Bridge area is causing delays in MAX service.  The Pacific Power outage, which began around 9:30 last night, is making it necessary for TriMet crews to manually operate switches, leading to the delays.  TriMet officials say all MAX lines may experience delays this morning because of the outage.
