(Portland, OR)  --  Portland police are investigating the death of a man who was found in a parking lot.  The man was found unresponsive yesterday morning outside an apartment complex in the 900 block of Southeast 162nd Avenue.  He died later at a hospital, and police are investigating the death as a homicide.  An autopsy will be conducted.
