(Portland, OR)  --  Gasoline prices in the Portland area are still getting cheaper.  Triple-A's latest survey shows the average for regular at about two-34 a gallon, which is more than 12 cents below yesterday's average.  It's also nearly 52 cents a gallon cheaper than at this time last month.
