(Salem, OR)  --  Governor John Kitzhaber says he's not aware of any law-enforcement agency conducting an investigation into his fiancee's consulting contracts.  "Willamette Week" has reported that the FBI has opened an investigation of Cylvia Hayes and her use of public resources in association with her contracts.  Kitzhaber and Hayes say they have not been in contact with any law-enforcement agency regarding such an investigation.  The governor says he and Hayes have retained attorneys to represent them as they prepare for the Oregon Government Ethics Commission's decision in March on whether to move forward with an investigation.
