(Portland, OR)  --  Portland police are investigating the death of a 19-year-old man.  Authorities say the man was found around 1:30 this morning in the water feature outside the Waterfront Pearl complex on Northwest Naito Parkway.  Police say the man was dead when he was pulled from the water.  An autopsy will be conducted
