(Portland, OR)  --  A man who's accused of threatening to blow up a Portland deli "in the name of Allah" is behind bars.  Nineteen-year-old Abdalah Mohamed is accused of threatening the owner and employees at Ira's Deli in Northeast Portland on July 14th when he was told they couldn't sell him an individual cigarette.  Mohamed has pleaded not guilty to charges of second-degree intimidation.
