(Portland, OR)  --  The Morrison Bridge is to be closed all day tomorrow.  Multnomah County officials say an inspection of the bridge earlier this week revealed significant deterioration of the fiber-reinforced polymer lift span deck panels.  Repairs to the lift panels this weekend are reported to be only a temporary fix, and plans are being developed to replace the entire FRP deck.  Bridge sidewalks will remain open tomorrow, but ramps from the bridge to I-5 and I-84 will be closed.
