(Undated)  --  A new survey shows Oregon is among the safest states when it comes to uninsured drivers and insurance requirements.  The WalletHub report ranks Oregon 7th, with the estimated percentage of uninsured drivers at nine percent.  WalletHub ranks Washington 42nd, with more than 16 percent of drivers in the Evergreen State not carrying auto insurance.  Only four-point-seven percent of drivers are uninsured in Maine, which is ranked the safest state for drivers' wallets.
