(Portland, OR)  --  Portland police are looking for a man who escaped from custody while wearing handcuffs.  Authorities say the suspect, 44-year-old Andrew Phillip McMichael, had been arrested in connection with a domestic-violence investigation, but he broke free from officers Saturday afternoon in the area of Southeast Stark Street and 157th Avenue.  Police were unsuccessful in tracking McMichael with a K-9 unit, and he's still on the loose
